If your contribution is over $200, please include your employer and occupation information for FEC reporting purposes. Minimum donation $5.00. Maximum donation $2,400 per individual, and $4,800 per married couples. For $50 or more, you’ll receive a autographed CD of Neil’s music from his RememberAmerica.net website. The FEC requires that: I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States. This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another. This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank. I am not a federal contractor. This contribution is made on a personal credit card or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.
Contributions to the Goldberg Over Boxer Committee are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. That law prohibits federal contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Individual contributions are limited to $2,400.
